J. Terence Patterson, Chairman, is a graduate of Harvard University, where he studied Government and Economics. He holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law and a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management. He is a Member of the State Bar of Illinois.

Devin C. Patterson, Vice Chairman, is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He also holds his Series 6, 63, and Health and Life Insurance Licenses.
